Bottlenose Dolphin
The Bottlenose Dolphin like to eat a wide
variety of fishes, squids, and crustaceans
such as shrimps. The Bottlenose Dolphin gets
its name from its bottle-shaped snout which
contains lots of sharp pointed teeth however
Dolphins do not chew their food and instead
swallow it whole. |

Jelly
Moon Jellies have a transparent, milky
white bell rimmed
with hundreds of short, hair-like tentacles.
They use these tentacles to catch food such
as Zoo plankton which are tiny creatures that
float around in the water. |

Smoothhound
The Smoothhound feeds on creatures that
live on and around the sea bed such as crabs,
shrimp and clams. It has short, blunt teeth
to break open the shells of its prey. Smoothhounds
can grow up to 160 cm in length and are usually
found on the sea bed. |

Clawed frog
The African Clawed Frog feeds on insects,
larvae, worms and the rotting flesh of dead
animals, however they are scavengers and will
eat most anything they can fit into their
mouths. They find their food by smell
and touch. |

Star
The Sea Star likes to feed on sea creatures
such as Mussels, Snails, Oysters and Worms.
It uses its arms to pull apart the shells
and pushes its stomach out through its mouth
and uses digestive juices to turn the creature
inside the shell into a liquid so the Sea
Star can eat it. |

Grey
Seal
The Grey Seal eats many varieties of fish
including Flounder, Sole, Sand Eel, Cod and
Whiting. Grey seals have been seen to raid
the nets of fishing boats and completely empty
them. |
