Rhyl SeaQuarium has an open seafront location and sits on the beautiful North Wales coastline.

We would like to welcome all new explorers to join us on a voyage of discovery as we travel beneath the waves, from tranquil fresh waters to the cold depths of the abyss. Along the way we will encounter the strangely shaped sturgeon, as well as sharks found off our very own coast and rays that glide effortlessly through the water.

We will also find solitary lobsters, conger eels and mystical axolotls before entering the Lethal Reef, home to some of the most poisonous animals on our planet. These are just a few of the amazing, strange and beautiful animals that await us on our adventure.

SeaQuarium Rhyl is holding UGH! week over the February Half Term Holidays - Sat 19th - Sun 27th February
- (Added 19. Feb. 2011)
Discover more about the slimiest and most disgusting marine animals and why their weird habits are key to survival. You can get up close to some of our rock pool creatures and learn more about them. If you're lucky you may meet one of our 2ft spider crabs at our daily demonstrations.

Zoe Kelly Seal keeper said "Even Our amazing seals want to get in on the act our resident seal Bronze is now doing an impression of a slimy slug to show off her skill in the daily shows at 1pm and 3pm, this is just one of the fun behavioural skills that Bronze has learnt in the fun packed show for Feb Half term".

SeaQuarium will also be highlighting other members of the cephalopod family which are also on display at the aquarium during the week, including cuttlefish and Octopus.
Come along and see Bronze and our 'Ugh' marine life throughout Feb Half term, along with other Sea creature at the SeaQuarium promenade Rhyl.
