SeaQuarium Weston Celebrates National Insect Week with 'Fantastic Phobias: Face Your Fears'

Celebrate National Insect Week at SeaQuarium Weston from June 23rd – 29th in the brand new for 2014 ‘Fantastic Phobias’ Zone within SeaQuarium. Get ready to face your fears in SeaQuarium’s new creepy exhibit as it challenges even the strongest of nerves as you get up close and personal with our insects as well as rodents and slimy intruders!
Throughout National Insect Week members of the SeaQuarium Learning Team will be on hand to provide educational and entertaining presentations and animal encounters in the Fantastic Phobias Zone about the exhibit’s insects.
SeaQuarium Displays Manager, Adam Walters, said “SeaQuarium is proud to celebrate National Insect Week and through our new ‘Fantastic Phobias Zone’, which includes insects, we can help allay any tales and fears by highlighting some of the more interesting facts about the insects in the exhibit”.
“Fantastic Phobias” is open throughout every day as part of SeaQuarium Weston and is incorporated in the standard admission charge of £8.50 for adults, £6.50 for children and £7.50 for concessions. Visitors can save 10% by purchasing online tickets in advance here.
