SOMETHING EGG-CITING IS HAPPENING THIS EASTER HOLIDAY
Release Date: Thursday 17 March 2016
Seaquarium Weston’s Easter Eggstravaganza is back by popular demand and this year, there are three weeks of Easter family fun.
From Friday 25 March to Sunday 17 April, guests will have the opportunity to explore the aquarium to see all of its inhabitants. Children are encouraged to follow the ‘Eggsplorers Trail’ and unscramble a secret password to win a chocolate prize and sticker badge.
It’s not only the children that can get involved, as there will be talks, feeds and presentations through out the day, as well as the chance to win an exciting VIP Tour for four, including a free lunch and goody bag. All guests have to do is find the hidden Golden Egg, which staff have very sneakily hidden somewhere in the aquarium. Once found, guests will have to take their best selfie with it and upload the photo to SeaQuarium’s Facebook page for a chance to win.
Senior Supervisor, Matthew Hardy said, “I am really excited for this year’s Easter event. We can’t wait to see our guests exploring the aquarium and finding all of the Easter eggs in and around the displays. We are even more excited about looking through all the funny selfies posted to our Facebook page, when people find the golden egg. We had some hilarious entries last year, so we are hoping for even more this year.”
As well as the competitions, there is also a chance to get creative in a free Eggsplorers Craft Club where children can make their very own Easter Bonnet to take away and show all their family and friends.
SeaQuarium admission is valid all day, which allows guests to ‘Eggsplore’ all ten unique zones as many times as they wish. It also means that guests will have plenty of time to take party in all of the Easter activities through out the day.
Easter activities are included in the standard admission price, with the exception of the Eggsplorers trail, which includes a small fee.
